Frederick F. Barrett

Frederick F. Barrett, Age 77, of Troy passed away Friday, January 13, 2017 at the Troy Community Hospital. Fred was born November 18, 1939 In Troy, son of the late Robert and Ethel (Wood) Barrett. He was a graduate of Troy High School Class of 1955. Fred retired from the North Penn Gas Company where he worked on their pipelines. He was a member of the Grace Baptist Church in East Smithfield.

Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Paul D. (Kimmie) Barrett of Camden, NY, a grandson, Steven Barrett of Cleveland, OH, twin great-grandchildren, Michael & McKayla Barrett, his brother, Gary Barrett of Troy and many nieces and nephews.

Fred was predeceased by his parents, two sisters, Betty Jenkins, Doris Ayers, three brothers, Joe, Bob and Wayne Barrett and his grandson, Jason Barrett.

A graveside service will be held later in the spring in Bradford County Memorial Park, Luthers Mills, PA. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Gerald W. Vickery, Jr. Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. 1093 West Main Street, Troy, PA 16947.
