Kathy... Tom and I wanted to send our condolences to you and your family at this time. I have great personal memories of your mom and Richard. It was such a pleasure to get to know them during the times I was lucky enough to work on travel plans for them. They were such a warm and friendly couple and a real joy to work with. I have many fond memories of our times together. We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers in the days ahead. God Bless.
