Benny was a shining example of what hard work, perseverance and true love of profession can accomplish. Farming and good cows were his passion but it was his complete love for his family and friends that will remain as his true legacy. He was an extraordinary man ... his smile, his kindness and his sense of humor will linger with all that knew him. I am so very, very sorry for your loss. Thoughts and prayers for your family.
God Bless..
Laurie

Thank you to Ben for doing it right. A beautiful family raised on a beautiful farm. The FFA appreciates the amazing support of the organization that has been shown by Ben and the Jackson family. What an example for the generations that knew Ben and can still observe through the family.

Ben was in my Dads class in school. The late Charles Thomas. I was given the opportunity to care for Ben years back at the old Troy Hospital as one of his nurses. I enjoyed the stories he shared with me and I never forgot him since that time. Such a caring and joyous spirit I discovered at this time. I can see how our fathers got along in the day. Please , allow me to express my condolences to you all. God bless you all! Deanna

Ben was a great inspiration for me while I was farming. I was looking to buy hay to feed milking herd, I called him told him I was looking for cheap hay, he said you can't make milk on poor quality hay you need quality feed to make milk, I said I can't afford good hay he said I have second cutting alfalfa I will sell you if it doesn't pay for itself you don't have to pay me , well every week I picked up hay and twice a month when I got milk check I paid him production actually increased he is a class act that continues on in Dave and dean and Kyle and Clark
Our prayers are with you all.

Dear Jackson Family,
Prayers being offered for you as you go through this difficult time of grieving for your Dad/Grandfather. Ben Jackson was a wonderful person who always had time to stop and talk to people. I remember Mr. and Mrs. Jackson sitting and talking to Randy and I at a State Holstein Convention in Huntington County many years ago. I'm not even sure that they knew who we were other than people that enjoyed the fellowship of farmers, specifically those that enjoy the Holstein breed. Both, Ben and Regina were polite and humble as they talked with us.
It wasn't until a few years later that the Kitchen and the Jackson family children started to interact with each other while enjoying Holstein/4-H activities (and even a District Football Play-Off Game - that we, Danville, got beat!). Those times going to the Troy Fair, Bradford County Sales and Holstein Conventions are priceless as we would enjoy conversations and times with all of the Jackson family. Ben always had a smile on his face and a twinkle in his eye when the Jackson boys did well in sports and in 4-H/Holstein activities.
Ben Jackson set the standards high and implemented integrity in everything he did for his family and friends. It is a pleasure to have known and interacted with Ben Jackson. God certainly has a saint in His presence. May God Bless the entire Jackson family at this time.
In Christian Love,
The Kitchen Family - Randy, Pat, Sara, Mark and Daniel

Our hearts are heavy, as we process the news, of the passing of a dear friend, neighbor, and brother in Christ. We go back a long time, and during that time, many fond memories were made. We will miss him. Prayers for Regina, and the family will continue, as we remember them in our thoughts, prayers and love. Rest in peace, Benny. We are so blessed to have had you in our lives. You exemplified the true meaning of a Christian "gentle"man..........Rest in the peace of Jesus' arms. .<3
