Lyle R. Satterlee

Lyle R. Satterlee, Age 74, of Sayre, passed away Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at the Sayre Health Care Center. Lyle was born February 9, 1942 in Elmira, NY son of the late Lyle A. & Frances M. (Scott) Satterlee. He was previously employed at the Springfield Township Highway Department and also worked on the family farm.  Lyle enjoyed drawing and also the Arts & Crafts at the Sayre House when he resided there.

He is survived by his siblings, Robert Satterlee of Waterloo, NY, Audrey (Stanley) Folk of Rome, Bea (Jack) Martin of Millerton, Peggy Huber of Waverly, NY, Ruth Lee of Big Pond, Betty Henniger of Gillett, Arlene Myers of Jacksonville, FL, William (Jolie) Lee of Sayre, Nathan (Dianne) Lee of Troy, Minnie Lee of Erin, NY, Janice (Doug) Wilcox of Grahm, NC, Cathy (Richard) Camacho of Addison, NY, several nieces and nephews.

Lyle was predeceased by his parents William & Frances Lee, his father Lyle Satterlee and his infant brother Ronald Lee.

Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Mass that will be Celebrated 10:00 AM, Saturday, February 18, 2017 at St. John’s Catholic Church Exchange & High Streets, Troy, PA with Reverend Joseph Kutch as Celebrant. Interment will be at the convenience of the family in Hillside Cemetery, Big Pond, PA.
