Yvonne (Spencer) Dannelley

Yvonne (Spencer) Dannelley, 62 of Austinville, PA, passed away on Thursday, October 16, 2014 at her home with her family by her side.  She was the loving wife of Roy G. Dannelley.  The couple married May 8, 1971 and had 43 happy years together.

Yvonne was born on October 13, 1952 in Sayre, PA, daughter of the late V. Edward “Bill” and Sylvina (McNett) Spencer.  She worked as a Personal Care Giver at the Martha Lloyd Community for 13 years. Yvonne was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses’ in Towanda, PA and enjoyed sharing her faith through her ministry of evangelism.  She enjoyed camping with Roy and spending time with her family and friends.  Everyone will miss Yvonne’s cheery disposition and how she was always happy helping others.

Yvonne is survived by her husband Roy, her daughters Heidi (Gene) Bidwell of Towanda, PA and Faith Dannelley with companion Arnold Way, Jr. of Austinville, PA, her grandchildren: Jessica (Troy) Herkel, Tinya Buck and companion David Gunther, Trever Dannelley and companion Brittney Roan, Kelsa Way and companion Zach Bruce, Taneal Way, Kendraanne Way, and Colt Taber, her great grandchildren: Daniel, Gavin, Bailey, Trentin, Reminisce, and Sean, her siblings: Sylvia Jean (Byron)  Leonard of Wellsboro, PA, Trudy Holcomb and Rocky (Annette) Spencer, both of Troy, PA, along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Yvonne was preceded in death by her parents and her twin sons; Job and Jeremiah Dannelley.

A memorial talk for Yvonne will be given at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses’ located at 422 Old Mills Road, Towanda, PA 18848, on Saturday, October 25, 2014 at 2pm.  The Gerald W. Vickery, Jr. Funeral Home, Inc. 1093 West Main Street Troy, PA has been entrusted with the arrangements.
