Martin "Marty" B. Weisbrod

Martin B. “Marty” Weisbrod, 55, of Troy, PA passed away at Robert Packer in Sayre, PA. Marty was born in Troy on April 5, 1964 to Lloyd and Bernetta (VanNoy) Weisbrod. He was a 1984 graduate of Troy High School, was on the high school wrestling team, and was a U.S. Navy veteran. Marty was employed by Handy Hauling Disposal and in his spare time enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He was always happy and was an all-around good guy.

Marty is survived by his siblings: Karen (Dan) Troy of Elmira, NY, Donna (Bobby) Wesneski of Canton, PA, Greg Weisbrod and Jeff (Kathy) Weisbrod, both of Troy, Lisa Sherwood and Eric (Bonnie) Weisbrod, both of Waynesboro, PA, along with several nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Marty was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Stacy (Cook) Weisbrod.

Marty’s Celebration of Life Gathering will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, June 23, 2019 at the Troy Vets Club, 1 Veteran Drive, Troy, PA. The Gerald W. Vickery, Jr. Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc., 1093 West Main Street, Troy, PA is helping Marty’s family with arrangements.
