Mae Rose (Fulford) Jennings, 69, of Troy, PA passed away on Monday, May 12, 2014 at her home surrounded by her family. She was the loving wife of A. Mark Jennings. The couple married October 12, 1963 and had 50 happy years together.
Mae was born on October 24, 1944 in Chatham Township, Morris County, NJ, daughter of the late Robert B. and May R. (Snyder) Fulford, II. Mae was a secretary for Beneficial Finance and was a member of Saint Peter’s Episcopal Church in Morristown, NJ. Locally she was a member of the Canton Daughters of the American Revelation and the Canton Red Hats. Mae loved gardening, and when she was younger she helped with the gardens on an estate in Whitehouse, NJ.
Mae is survived by her husband Mark, her daughter Katherine Clucas of Troy, PA, her grandsons Matthew Clucas and Roy Tabor, her sister Barbara (Oliver) Crisp of Granville Summit, PA, along with several nieces and nephews.
Mae was preceded in death by her parents, her son Brett Jennings, and her brother Robert Fulford, III.
Services for Mae will be private and at the convenience of her family. The Gerald W. Vickery, Jr. Funeral Home, Inc. 1093 West Main Street Troy, PA has been entrusted with the arrangements.
