Kathy E. (Robbins) Appel, Age 50, of Vero Beach, Florida passed away Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at her home. Kathy was born October 31, 1965 in Sayre, PA daughter of Richard Robbins and the late Sharon I. (Nichols) Robbins. Kathy was a graduate of Troy High School and moved to Florida in 1983.
Kathy enjoyed her pet cockatiel and watching wildlife especially birds, squirrels and chipmunks.
Survivors include her sister Ilene Y. Roberts of Troy, two brothers Jeffrey (Nancy) Robbins of Rome, Brian H. (Shannon) Robbins of Troy, her father Richard Robbins of Troy, two stepchildren, Sara and Charles, of FL, several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Kathy was predeceased by her mother Sharon I. (Nichols) Robbins on April 28, 2015.
Family and friends are invited to a graveside service at 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 18, 2016 at Hillside Cemetery, Big Pond, PA.
Memorials in Kathy’s memory may be made to a charity of choice.
