Gayle L. Bradford, Age 59, of Bradford Road, Mainesburg, PA passed away at home on Sunday, September 14, 2014 with her loving family by her side. Gayle was born January 2, 1955 in Troy daughter of the late John & Gertrude (Brown) DePew. She was a graduate of Troy High School Class of 1972. Gayle was married to Robert C. Bradford and they have spent many happy years together. She was employed in the kitchen as a cook at the Troy Community Hospital for many years. Gayle found great joy in her flower garden, feeding her birds and loved decorating the house at Christmas time. She cherished her family especially her two grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited to call from 5 to 7 PM Thursday, September 18, 2014 at the Gerald W. Vickery Funeral Home, Inc. 1093 West main Street, Troy, PA. Her funeral service will be held 1 PM Friday, September 19, 2014 at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery, Troy.
Survivors include her loving husband Robert C. Bradford of Mainesburg, her son, Darren Bradford of Mainesburg, a daughter and son-in-law, Robin (Joe) Congdon of Mainesburg, her two sweet grandchildren, Noah & Ava Congdon, her two brothers, Jack Depew and Jerry Depew, sisters, Pam High, Dawn Rathbun, Wendy Green all of Troy, her mother-in-law, Joyce Bradford, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Gayle was predeceased by her parents, a son Nathan Bradford and father-in-law, Dick Bradford.
