Anthony J. “Tony” Licari, 39, of Alba, PA, known for his skillful hands and unwavering dedication to his work, passed away on May 28, 2024, at the age of 39 in Sayre, Pennsylvania. Born on February 6, 1985, in Red Bank, New Jersey, Tony had a natural talent for fixing things—a trait that defined both his personal and professional life.
Throughout his career, Tony served as a maintenance worker at Alpron Park, where his expertise and attention to detail were unmatched. He found joy in repairing various items, from cars to lawn mowers, demonstrating a remarkable ability to tackle any challenge that came his way. However, it was his passion project—rebuilding his beloved car after an accident—that truly showcased his determination and craftsmanship.
Tony will be dearly missed by his loved ones, including his mother Patricia Cummings of Alba, father Filippo Licari of Argentina, sister Roe (Glen) Gill of Middletown, NJ, nieces Kylie Licari and Raegan Gill, nephew Declan Gill, and a multitude of friends and colleagues. His legacy lives on through the memories shared by those who knew him best.
Family and friends are welcome to call from 1:00-2:00 PM on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at the Gerald W. Vickery, Jr. Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. 1093 West Main St. Troy, PA. The memorial service to honor and celebrate Tony's life will be held on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at 2:00 PM at the funeral home, all are welcome to attend.
