Andrew Guy Osgood

Andrew Guy Osgood, 45, of Troy, PA, passed away on Friday November 16, 2018 at his home.  Andrew was born on June 19, 1973 in Baltimore, MD, son of Carl Osgood of Troy, PA  and the late Sue Ann (Holcombe) Osgood who passed away on August 8, 1998.  He was a graduate of Glen Bernie High School in Maryland and was a chef for many years after.  Andrew was an animal lover and had several pets, enjoyed skate boarding and working on cars, and was United Methodist by faith.

Andrew is survived by his father and step-mother Carl and Cleo Osgood of Troy, his sister Lucinda Osgood of Hyattsville, MD, his step sister Jan (Bruce) Roy and children, step brother Neal (Candy) Saunders and children, his uncle Donald (Carol) Osgood, great aunt Audrey Porter, along with numerous cousins.  Andrew was preceded in death by his mother Sue Ann (Holcombe) Osgood, his grandparents Ivan and Mildred Osgood and Guy and Bessie Holcombe, and his long-time companion Anna Jaeckel.

Family and friends are welcome to call from 2:00-3:00 pm on Monday, November 26, 2018 at the First United Methodist Church of Troy, 1214 Redington Ave., Troy, PA.  The memorial service to honor Andrew’s life will be held at the conclusion of the visitation at 3:00 PM on Monday, November 26th at the church with Rev. Duane Taylor and Rev. Joshua Davinsizer officiating.  Burial will be private in Bradford County Memorial Park. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Gerald W. Vickery, Jr. Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. 1093 West Main Street, Troy, PA.
