Donald R. Crisman, 76, of Troy, PA passed away on Monday, June 27, 2016 at his home. He was the loving husband of the late Naomi L. (Kern) Crisman who passed away in 1997.  The couple married in 1959 and had 38 happy years together.

He was born on August 11, 1939 in Williamsport, PA, son of the late Donald A. and Florence T. (Rudinski) Crisman.  Donald was a Williamsport High School graduate and was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.  Don was an Electrician by trade but was better known for his businesses in Troy including Crisman Appliance, Troy Cable, and Troy Rental. 

Don is survived by his children: Dennis (Stephanie) Crisman of Conklin, NY, Diane (Mark) Mitchell of Bellefonte, PA, Dorine Crisman of Los Vegas, NV, Donald F. (Susan) Crisman of Virginia Beach, VA, and Dustin Crisman of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, his 6 grandchildren: Benjamin Crisman, Cassandra Crisman, Emily Phinney, Stacy Eddy, Levi Barrett, and Kyle Barrett, his sisters: Jeri Fessler of South Williamsport, Judy Muehl and Jean Wool, both of New Bern, NC, and Jackie English of South Williamsport, his brothers: David Crisman of South Williamsport and Daniel Crisman of Williamsport, along with several nieces and nephews.  Don was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Naomi, and his sister Leah Crisman.

Don’s family is planning a memorial gathering at a later date.  Arrangements have been entrusted to the Gerald W. Vickery, Jr. Funeral Home, Inc. 1093 West Main Street, Troy, PA.

Memorial contributions may be made in Don’s memory to the National Kidney Foundation, 30 East 33rd Street New York, NY 10016.
